A mix of elderberry, lavender, and mint for people who stare at computers
Everybody hits the wall. 40+ hours staring at a screen will turn you into a zombie. Computer Eyes is the antidote. It starts with bilberry leaf, used in WWII by Air Force pilots flying night missions. It can be taken routinely to strengthen vision, whether you’re suffering from eye strains, night blindness, or yes, computer eyes. It's paired with brain food: gotu kola, an Ayurvedic brain herb, is similar to ginkgo biloba. They improve circulation of oxygen to the brain, which helps with focus and memory. Great afternoon tea with a flavor profile of peppermint, lavender, and elder berry—a delightful mix that is one of the most popular in my neighborhood!
